We ship to the following countries:
the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Denmark, and the Czech Republic.
2 Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is received.
Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM will be processed the same day if possible.
3 Delivery times
The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: 1–3 business days
Other EU countries: 3–5 business days

3 Formation of the agreement
(1) The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a binding offer.
(2) By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer.
(3) The agreement is formed as soon as we confirm the order by email or ship the order.

5 Delivery and availability

The delivered products remain the property of Kingtyre until full payment has been received.
8 Warranty and conformity
(1) We apply the legal warranty.
(2) Products must meet the reasonable expectations of the customer.
(3) Wear and tear of motorcycle tires is not covered by warranty.
9 Use and mounting
(1) Motorcycle tires must be professionally mounted.
(2) Mounting and use are entirely at your own risk.
(3) Kingtyre is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use or mounting.
10 Liability
(1) We are only liable for direct damage.
(2) Liability is limited to the amount of the order.
(3) We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or mounting errors.
(4) This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
11 Force majeure
(1) In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations.
(2) Force majeure includes, among other things: malfunctions, transport problems, strikes, and external delays.
12 Complaints
(1) Complaints must be reported within a reasonable period via info@kingtyre-shop.com
(2) We aim to respond within 5 business days.
13 Applicable law and disputes
(1) Dutch law applies to all agreements.
(2) Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
14 Final provisions
(1) If a provision proves to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
